Precious Metals FutureForum 2026: On March 23 and 24, Frankfurt will once again become the precious metals capital of the German-speaking area.

In turbulent times for gold, silver and platinum metals, conference initiator and precious metals expert Wolfgang Wrzesniok-Rossbach will once again bring together investors, market participants and experts as well as industry insiders this coming March in Frankfurt.

Frankfurt, December 9, 2025 – Following its successful launch in spring 2025, the "ZukunftsForum Edelmetalle" (Precious Metals FutureForum) is entering its second round: On March 23 and 24, 2026, Frankfurt will once again become the meeting place for the German-speaking precious metals world.

The two-day conference offers a unique platform for people with a professional interest in precious metals and combines high-quality specialist presentations with a clear focus on personal networking – approachable, direct, and effective.

It is organized by Wolfgang Wrzesniok-Rossbach through his consultancy firm Fragold Connect GmbH. Wrzesniok-Rossbach is one of the most prominent figures in the German precious metals industry with almost four decades of experience.

The presentations will once again feature numerous renowned experts from the national and international precious metals world: In addition to Ruth Crowell from the London Bullion Market Association and representatives of the World Gold Council, Dr. Juergen Michels, Chief Economist at BayernLB, and Philipp Vorndran, Capital Market Strategist at the no.1 German wealth manager Flossbach von Storch, will open the first day. Renowned financial journalist Jessica Schwarzer will moderate the conference on both days.

"There are several trade fairs and conferences on precious metals in our region, but none that focuses so consistently on dialogue between all the different stakeholders," emphasizes organizer Wolfgang Wrzesniok-Rossbach. "It is precisely the combination of an informal setting and national and international expertise that makes the Precious Metals FutureForum so valuable."

Highlights 2026:

  • Investors will be the focus on the first day:The first day of the conference will be specifically tailored to the needs of investors – with compact presentations and panels on precious metal markets and investment.
  • The second day of the conference will be devoted to topics related to trading and technology. The day begins with a look at the current political strategies of the US and China and the current situation in global commodity policy, followed by topics related to trade, recycling, and risk management, but also the future of logistics and, finally, of the marketing for the wealth advisory and the precious metals sector.
  • International perspectives:Representatives from the LBMA, the World Gold Council, and leading figures from trade and industry will provide insights into current trends, challenges and opportunities.
  • Family like atmosphere:Despite its professional focus, the conference remains manageable and personal—short distances, direct conversations, quick contacts. This also applies to the associated exhibition area, in where various companies present their products and services.

"In 2026, the Precious Metals FutureForum will once again bring together a wide variety of participants in a reputable format, all of whom have one thing in common: they are involved in precious metals in some way, whether as investors, product suppliers and traders, processors and recyclers, industrial users, researchers, journalists, or service providers," says conference initiator Wolfgang Wrzesniok-Rossbach. "Our aim is to build bridges, among all the current stakeholders, but also towards society, which is often unaware of the crucial role precious metals play in many areas."
